1. Eligibility

• Open to the general public — individuals and companies may apply.
• Individuals must provide their name, contact details, and KYC (Aadhaar or PAN).
• Companies must provide the applicant's name and designation within the company, and the company's GST number.
• The applicant (or, for a company, the unit being applied for) should not already own a house / flat in the city of Hyderabad.

2. Application Process

1. Register / Login using your mobile number (OTP-based).
2. Fill the 7-step application form with accurate details, including your applicant type (Individual or Company).
3. Upload required documents (KYC / ID proof, income proof, photo, signature).
4. Pay the registration fee online via the payment gateway.
5. Application will be scrutinised by Telangana Housing Board officials.
6. Approved applications are allotted flats on a first-come-first-served basis, in order of registration payment time.
7. Allottees must pay the allotment cost in installments as per the schedule.

3. Important Conditions

• Application fee once paid is non-refundable if application is rejected.
• Any misrepresentation of facts will lead to cancellation of allotment.
• Individual applicants are limited to one application per scheme. Companies may submit one application per unit they intend to purchase.
• Preference for flat type must be exercised within the stipulated time.

4. Documents Required

• Recent colour passport photograph
• Aadhaar or PAN card (individuals) / GST registration certificate (companies)
• Pay slip or other proof of income
• Income certificate issued by competent authority
• Bank account details (for refund purposes if any)
• Scanned signature
