Guidelines for Own Your Housing Scheme (State / Judiciary Service)
Important: Please read all guidelines carefully before applying.
1. Eligibility
  • All India Service Officers (IAS, IPS, IFS) on Telangana cadre
  • State Government Officers (Other than Judicial Officers)
  • Judiciary / Judicial Officers
  • Permanent officials of State Public Sector Undertakings
  • Officials of Statutory Boards and Universities under State Government
  • The officer should not own a house / flat in the city of Hyderabad.
2. Application Process
  1. Register / Login using your mobile number (OTP-based).
  2. Fill the 7-step application form with accurate details.
  3. Upload required documents (service certificate, ID proof, photo, signature).
  4. Pay the registration fee online via the payment gateway.
  5. Application will be scrutinised by Telangana Housing Board officials.
  6. Approved applicants will be assigned sequence numbers through a computer lot.
  7. Flats will be allotted based on sequence numbers and flat availability.
  8. Allottees must pay the allotment cost in installments as per the schedule.
3. Important Conditions
  • Application fee once paid is non-refundable if application is rejected.
  • Any misrepresentation of facts will lead to cancellation of allotment.
  • Only one application per officer is permitted.
  • Preference for flat type must be exercised within the stipulated time.
4. Documents Required
  • Recent colour passport photograph
  • Service Certificate issued by HOD / competent authority
  • Government-issued Service ID / Aadhaar Card
  • Bank account details (for refund purposes if any)
  • Scanned signature
