Guidelines for Own Your Housing Scheme
(Central Government Service)
Important: Please read all guidelines carefully before applying.
1. Eligibility
- All India Service Officers (Other than TN/TS cadre) who are native of Telangana
- Central Government Group A Service officers (native of Telangana)
- Permanent officials (native of Telangana) of Central Public Sector Undertakings
- Officials of Public Sector Banks (native of Telangana)
- The officer should not own a house / flat in the city of Hyderabad.
2. Application Process
- Register / Login using your mobile number (OTP-based).
- Fill the 7-step application form with accurate details.
- Upload required documents (service certificate, ID proof, photo, signature).
- Pay the registration fee online via the payment gateway.
- Application will be scrutinised by Telangana Housing Board officials.
- Approved applicants will be assigned sequence numbers through a computer lot.
- Flats will be allotted based on sequence numbers and flat availability.
- Allottees must pay the allotment cost in installments as per the schedule.
3. Important Conditions
- Application fee once paid is non-refundable if application is rejected.
- Any misrepresentation of facts will lead to cancellation of allotment.
- Only one application per officer is permitted.
- Preference for flat type must be exercised within the stipulated time.
4. Documents Required
- Recent colour passport photograph
- Service Certificate issued by HOD / competent authority
- Government-issued Service ID / Aadhaar Card
- Bank account details (for refund purposes if any)
- Scanned signature
